ELISABETH HAMLYN PRODUCT DETAILS
All Elisabeth Hamlyn products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock when we receive your order, we will notify you and you will be given the option to wait until the Elisabeth Hamlyn products are available from stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days. In the event of requested goods being unavailable, we will not send you substitute or alternative goods (if such goods are available) unless we have contacted you and obtained your prior agreement for such action.
We have tried to display items as accurately as we can, including the true colours of Elisabeth Hamlyn products. However, we can not guarantee that the colour of a product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on screen, as this is partly dependent on the computer display screen and how you perceive colour. All sizes and measurements, concerning Elisabeth Hamlyn products are as accurate as possible. Slight variations may occur, as the majority of the collection is handmade.
Garments may be available in the following sizes -

Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design reserves the right to periodically update prices on the website, which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time. Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design will make every effort to ensure prices are correct at the time the customer places an order. Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design reserves the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time. We will not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any products from the website or for refusing to process an order.

By Phone: Please call us on +44 (0) 7967 390002 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If we are not available to take your call please leave a message giving a name and telephone number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
By Post: Please make cheques payable to “Elisabeth Hamlyn” and include your cheque guarantee card number on the back. Send your order to Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design, Studio E2J Cockpit Arts, Cockpit Yard, Northington Street London WC1N 2NP. Customers sending payment via cheque may encounter a delay in their order being despatched, as we will need to clear a cheque before dispatching goods.

CURRENCY, DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling. Payments must be made in pounds sterling and credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
FORCE MAJEURE
Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from the events or circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
SEVERANCE
If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.
In the event of disagreement between Elisabeth Hamlyn and its clients, which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, the Institute of Directors (UK) may be asked by either party, subject to the agreement of the other party to the dispute, to appoint a mediator to settle the dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of such mediator and mediation process.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Elisabeth Hamlyn Knitwear Design shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the buyer upon making the purchase.
